Introducing the Kitchen and Culture Week in a Luxury Villa in Tuscany. You are welcome to be our guest on this unique experience where food, leisure and new corners of the Tuscany countryside are king.
Our kitchen and culture week is a special program for families and friends that combines cooking lessons with selected tours in Tuscany.
Thanks to the collaboration of top chefs, Tuscan Life, can organise cooking lessons in which you can learn in a fun way to be deft and creative in the kitchen. 

The possibilities are varied and flexible and can be adapted for all requirements, from typical local dishes of the Lucca area to refined specialities of Italian cuisine.
All of this is possible thanks to our professional kitchen, which has been planned and fitted out to satisfy even the most discerning guests.

Kitchen and Culture week is an alternative program for those who would like to combine the cultural aspect of the atypical Tuscany cities and their culinary world.
It is designed to combine the concept Town-Food-Culture.

Schedule OF EVENTS

  • Saturday, October 3rd, 2020 (in Villa): Arrival, welcome cocktail and presentation of Kitchen and Culture week. Welcome dinner and getting to know each other.

  • Sunday, October 4th, 2020 (Lucca) - Morning: Guided tour of Lucca town, starting from Lucca walls, Via Fillungo and the famous Mercato del Carmine. Lunch in a typical Tuscany trattoria. Kitchen course in the Afternoon. Matuffi - Rovelline lucchesi - Castagnaccio.

  • Monday, October 5th, 2020 (Garfagnana) - Morning: Tour of Ponte del Diavolo, the medieval town of Barga and Castelnuovo Garfagnana, with a lunch break at the vecchio mulino. Kitchen course in the afternoon - Pizza Party.

  • Tuesday, October 6th, 2020 (Pisa) -  Morning: Guided tour of the Certosa di Calci, San Matteo museum and the church of Santa Maria della Spina.Lunch in a typical Tuscany trattoria near Piazza del Duomo. Kitchen course in the afternoon. Mix di antipasti: crostini neri, bruschetta, Cecina - Cinghiale in salmi  - Frittelle di riso

  • Wednesday, October 7th, 2020 (Forte dei Marmi) -  Morning: Tour of Forte dei Marmi market, Viareggio Torre del lago and visit of Puccini’s house and lunch near the lake or seaside. Kitchen course in the afternoon. Spaghetti alla puttanesca  - Fagiano all'uvetta - Fagioli al fiasco - Buccellato con panna.

  • Thursday, October 8th, 2020 (Pistoia) -  Morning: Guided tour of Pistoia, a tipical Tuscany town, not known as it should be. Lunch break at Collodi, Pinocchio’s town. Kitchen course in the afternoon. Maccheroni all'anatra - Arrosto di maiale al latte - Cialde con crema e cioccolato.

  • Friday, October 9th, 2020 (Winery - in Villa) : Wine and oil tasting with lunch. Free afternoon.: Gala dinner with diploma ceremony
